| Descripción de la oferta: | Adecco Information Technology is looking for a Field Engineer for one of our clients; company specialized in the installation of digital convergence products, including digital TV, digital audio, true video on demand and VoIP services. The jobholder will have the following responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager with existing installation projects on customer sites • Assist the Project Manager with pre-installation projects, including site surveys • Provide remote troubleshooting and break fix to existing customer sites • Provide remote technical support to contractors • Attend site to resolve customer issues • Set up, support and break down managed conferences • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and to agreed processes • Provide a high level of customer care, and ensure whenever possible, customer issues are resolved • Complete all paperwork and systems accurately and on time • Liaise with senior engineers, management, third parties and customers • Generate revenue through application of the Fixed Fee Service Module system where contractually entitled IMPRESCINDIBLE PERMISO DE TRABAJO VIGENTE en España |

| Se requiere: | • Must be willing to travel • Installation and conference work may involve being away from home during the week and some unsocial working hours, including early morning travel, out of hours support and occasionally weekend work/travel • Linux skills • CCNA is an advantage • Excellent communication skills • Previous experience of networking and hardware is essential • Excellent attention to detail • IT Literate • Full driving license • Must be able to work on own initiative • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English |
